This is the pricing we plan to launch with in Fall 2026, shown now so you can judge us against the in-home-demo quotes. Every price is + WA sales tax (Washington taxes the full installed price; it will always be a separate line on any future invoice). Nothing on this page can be purchased or booked today.
Tap Pure — under-sink reverse osmosis

A six-stage under-sink reverse osmosis system with remineralization, professionally installed at your kitchen tap in about two hours. The system is NSF/ANSI 58 certified (dissolved solids, lead, fluoride, and more), and reverse osmosis membranes reduce PFAS — per manufacturer test data. If PFAS at the tap is your concern, this is the tier that addresses it.
- Homeowner-serviceable: standard 10-inch cartridges and a standard membrane — any brand fits, no proprietary filters, ever.
- Leak-sensor kit included under the sink.
- Filter-subscription plan available at launch (optional — cartridges are commodity parts you can buy anywhere).
Whole-House Carbon

A backwashing catalytic-carbon tank on your main line, treating every tap, shower, and appliance for chlorine, chloramine, taste, odor, and organic compounds. Built on the industry-standard Fleck 5600SXT valve — parts and media are commodity items from dozens of vendors, so you're never locked to us for service.
Honest scope: whole-house carbon is a taste, odor, and chlorine/chloramine system. For PFAS in drinking water, the treatment we plan to offer is the under-sink RO at the tap — add it to this tier for +$650.

Well Stack — sized from your water test

Private wells don't get state testing — so this tier starts with a lab-grade water test, and the system is built from what the test says, module by module, at published prices. No blind bundles, no "whole-package" number invented at your kitchen table.

A typical iron-well job (base + iron module) lands around $7,800 + tax; the full stack with both modules around $9,550 + tax. Comparable dealer-installed well systems in this region are routinely quoted at $10,000–$15,000 after the in-home demo. Your final quote comes from your water test — and you'll see it as line items at these prices, not a lump sum.
- Every tank runs the same industry-standard valve platform — one parts kit, commodity consumables, serviceable by any pro (or you).
- Post-install lab retest included: coliform, nitrate, iron, and manganese through a Washington-accredited lab.
What "transparent pricing" means here
The dominant model in water treatment is a free in-home "water test" that's actually a sales demonstration, followed by a quote calibrated to your reaction — which is how a carbon tank and a softener become a $12,000 decision. We publish planned prices first, diagnose from public state data and accredited lab tests, and pay no commissions. If we can't beat the demo-model quote with a published price, we don't deserve the job.
